"I have been with Tom DeBerry's office since January, 2013. This is a very friendly and efficient group of professionals. This past August (2025) I experienced a major water catastrophe event at an investment property in Tucson, insured by Tom's office. An event like this can be extremely stressful, requiring professional guidance and support. Andrea's warm and on-going assistance over several months made a very difficult time so much more manageable. She is an incredible asset to Tom's overall operation."

"Prior to renewal it was important to review our home and auto coverage since we had done some updates to our home in the last couple of years. I met with Sarah Marcum at their office and she was very accommodating in reviewing coverage for our home and auto and making suggestions based on what we discussed. "Customer service amazing, Sarah helped me reinsure my vehicle after a funny conversation of that notified me I did opt in for roadside assistance i ask if I may add that on for my mother-inlaw and my wife and kids better have that worse came to worse no hassle just happy to throw it on for a few bucks better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. "Kiira is the best!!! I usually avoid getting insurance quotes because it tends to feel like a project and just messy and confusing steps. So I’ve been apparently overpaying insurance for years and even still, drag my feet. But, Kiira made the whole process unbelievably easy. She was quick, clear, and handled everything so smoothly that I kept waiting for the complicated part… which never came. Seriously one of the easiest customer service experiences I’ve had.
