"After a week of playing phone tag, many questions and answers, as well as scheduling difficulties, I was finally able to get my insurance policies up and running thanks to Dustin and Team from Tom DeBerry's State Farm office. Great customer service, no nonsense or haggling, never felt pushed. Only looking out for what was best for me. I am so happy to be ending my relationship with my old insurance company, and moving over to State Farm. "The agent and staff were very responsive and called prompty on at the appointed time. He asked numerous question to get an understanding of our specific insurance needs inclduing some of our background history and getting to know us a bit. "I've had State Farm with Tom as my agent since forever. My parents as well. Yes, I have shopped around to compare. If anyplace was cheaper, it was by a miniscule amount and, given the phenomenal customer service I ALWAYS receive from Tom and his staff, simply wasn't worth the switch to me. I have 2 cars and my home insured. When I reach out about a certain coverage, they always explain it in simple terms I understand and they will be honest if they think it's not something that would benefit me. They're out to serve their customers as best and honestly as possible, not just to make a sale. You can't go wrong with State Farm through Tom DeBerry. 8/17/2024 I had to call Tom's office yesterday because life happens. Sarah was so incredibly patient with all my questions and explained everything in plain language and helped to not only relieve some of my anxiety but I also felt much better being armed with all the info and having a better idea of possible or probably outcomes. Thank you Sarah!"
