"I've been a customer of Tom DeBerry for many years and I have always had a stellar experience. I've had to deal with multiple insurance claims over the past few months and everyone at Tom's office and in the claims department has gone above and beyond to assist me, including checking in frequently to make sure things were on track and returning my calls immediately. They intervened when my car repair shop was taking too long, paid my claims right away and facilitated the entire process. Most recently, Sarah helped me move my policies to a new agent in another state. Sarah has always been a friendly and comforting voice when I needed one. In a moment when good, old-fashioned customer service seems elusive, I can attest that it still exists at Tom DeBerry's office."
