"When I canceled my auto insurance with State Farm, I did so somewhat reluctantly. I've been a State Farm customer, off and on, for more than 40 years, but the increase in my rate from $65 to $75 a month was more than I wanted to pay. My agent in Tucson was the Tom DeBerry Agency and the person who helped me cancel my policy was Sarah Marcum. She was highly knowledgeable, very competent and most of all, friendly and caring. If State Farm ever drops their rates to a more affordable for me, I will more than likely go back to them."
